HAYDROP – AUTOMATIC TIMED FEEDING
HayDrop is a smart, automatic solution for time-controlled feeding of a horse’s roughage. Fill it with hay or hay silage, set the desired time, and HayDrop automatically dispenses the feed—without anyone needing to be there to feed the horse manually.
HayDrop is designed to make your horse’s feeding routines easier and more consistent. It’s especially handy for nighttime feeding, early mornings, or other times when you want to plan the next roughage feeding in advance. This makes it easier to spread out the horse’s feed portions throughout the day and avoid unnecessarily long intervals between feedings.
How HayDrop Works
HayDrop holds up to 5 kg of hay or hay silage. Fill it with the desired amount of feed, mount it using the three sturdy metal rings, and set the time for the feed to be released. When the set time is reached, HayDrop opens automatically and the feed becomes available to the horse.
The system is designed to be quiet, durable, and easy to use as part of your daily stable routine. A convenient carrying handle makes HayDrop easy to refill, move, and hang.
Up to 6 months of battery life
The rechargeable battery provides up to 6 months of battery life per charge, which means minimal maintenance and makes HayDrop practical even with daily use. Charging is easy via USB-C.
A USB-C charger is not included.

HayDrop is designed for both indoor and outdoor use and operates in temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +45 °C. It is made of soft plastic approved for temporary feed storage, and the three sturdy metal rings provide multiple options for secure mounting.
HayDrop is designed, developed, and tested in Denmark and comes with a 2-year warranty.
