The KEP E-Light Carbon is an exclusive, premium helmet for riders seeking the very best in safety, comfort, and design. The helmet is 100% designed and manufactured in Italy and combines innovative technology with genuine Italian craftsmanship.
The outer shell is handcrafted from carbon fiber and manufactured using an autoclave, an advanced production method that provides an optimal balance between low weight and high strength. The result is a helmet that feels incredibly light on the head while offering maximum protection and following the rider’s movements with high precision.
The integrated ventilation system channels air through the helmet’s vents, helping to maintain a comfortable climate even during intense riding sessions. The hand-stitched chin strap, made of hypoallergenic genuine leather, features a 5-point fastening system that ensures a stable, secure, and comfortable fit.
The removable Coolmax® inner liner is soft, breathable, and moisture-wicking for maximum comfort. The inner liner can be easily removed and washed to keep the helmet fresh over time.
The E-Light also offers extensive customization options. The helmet is available in a sleek “Naked” version with a matte or glossy finish, as well as with two or three decorative inserts in several exclusive colors, making it easy to create a helmet that matches your personal style.
Weighing only about 550 grams, the KEP E-Light is one of the lightest premium helmets on the market—a helmet you barely feel on your head, yet one that’s always there to protect you.
For the best possible fit, the helmet is available with two different outer shells: Medium and Large. The Medium shell fits inner pads in sizes 51–58.5, while the Large shell fits sizes 59–62. The inner pads are available in both round and oval models to accommodate different head shapes. The oval version has more padding on the sides for a secure fit and may feel about 1–2 sizes smaller than the round model. Since fit is crucial for both comfort and safety, we recommend measuring the head circumference above the ears and across the center of the forehead to find the right size.
