The Amigo Ripstop Hoody is a fly and eczema blanket perfect for horses with major problems with gnats, mosquitoes, flies and sun in the summer.
The rug consists of a durable ripstop fabric that offers high quality, 90% UV protection and maximum protection against all flying flies.

The rug consists of a durable ripstop fabric that offers high quality, 90% UV protection and maximum protection against all flying flies.
Ripstop is a unique construction of fabric where thicker threads are integrated into the fabric in a classic grid pattern. This provides optimal resistance to large or small tears in the fabric while maintaining a lightweight profile to facilitate the comfort of your horse.
The material is made of ripstop woven polyester with a durability of 600Denier. The fabric is also highly breathable, which means that moisture and heat are transported out of the fabric. This duvet therefore works well on hot summer days without the risk of overheating. The inside of the duvet is lined with a silky, anti-static and anti-bacterial polyester that reduces the risk of chafing at the bow, mane and tail.

- Holes for the ears in the neck piece to avoid gaps between horse and blanket, if this is not desired, it can easily be folded down and the neck will still be held in place.

Compatible with Horseware's liner system, where Horseware's Waterproof Flyrug Liner can be buckled in to provide additional rain and fly protection.
