The Amigo Bravo Fieldsafe Plus 250gr with removable 150gr neck is a very waterproof and durable outdoor rug with a good breathability. This rug distinguishes itself with extra fieldsafe features that provide greater safety for your horse in case of an accident.
The rug is made from a robust 1200 Denier outer material that is highly waterproof and breathable, keeping your horse dry in stormy weather while wicking away moisture and vapor. The inside of the rug consists of an anti-static, anti-bacterial and shine-enhancing polyester lining to prevent chafing and inhibit bacteria. Between the outer and inner material there is 250gr thermobonded fiber filling that keeps the horse warm on the body and 150gr in the neck. Thermobonded fiber padding is a type of polyester fiber that has been heat treated. The fibers are "fused" at contact points so that the filling is airy, smooth and retains its shape. This means that the filling does not clump as easily during washing or use.
Equipped with cut-out leg arches for freedom of leg movement and an ergonomic Disc front closure; which reduces pressure over the shoulder and provides greater mobility for the neck and shoulders. Front and back reflectors, tail flap to protect the butt and three belly straps.

This rug differs from the Amigo Bravo 12 with a higher level of safety on the horse through a couple of new modifications, hence the name "Fieldsafe". These Fieldsafe features include more reflective details to make your horse visible, a disc front closure that reduces pressure on the shoulders and shoulders and most importantly three belly straps with safety surcingles. The belly straps are connected to the blanket with a plastic rectangle that releases against a certain pressure in case the horse gets stuck in the straps. If an accident should occur, separate belly straps made of Rambo® plastic can be purchased from us, which are easy to replace.
