Horseware Amigo® AirNet Cooler
The Amigo® AirNet Cooler from Horseware is an innovative and versatile performance blanket that combines the features of a sweat blanket, a travel blanket, and a lightweight fly blanket. The blanket is designed to help the horse cool down and dry off effectively after exercise, competition, washing, or transport by maximizing air circulation around the body. The advanced 3D Airflow Mesh construction makes the blanket exceptionally breathable and particularly well-suited for warmer days or for horses that get hot quickly after exercise. The material is also quick-drying and easy to maintain, while its lightweight design makes the blanket easy to pack for training and competition.
The blanket is made from a three-dimensional polyester mesh material that creates a constant airflow between the blanket and the horse’s body. Unlike traditional fleece blankets, which absorb moisture through direct contact with the coat, the Amigo AirNet Cooler works by allowing heat and moisture to be naturally vented away through its open 3D structure. This contributes to an even and efficient drying process while reducing the risk of the horse overheating or being left with a damp coat.
The Amigo AirNet Cooler features Horseware’s classic fit, designed to provide optimal comfort and freedom of movement over the shoulders and withers. The blanket features a simple front closure, removable cross-surcingles, and a tail strap that keeps it securely in place both in the stable and during transport. A smooth polyester lining over the shoulder area reduces friction against the coat and helps prevent chafing while also helping to maintain a shiny, well-groomed coat.
The breathable 3D mesh construction makes the blanket highly versatile and, in addition to effective temperature regulation, also provides some protection against flies and other insects.
