Naf liquid electrolytes.
When horses work hard or in hot weather, sweating regulates body temperature. Sweating not only causes the loss of fluids, but also the loss of important body salts, especially sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. Failure to replace these body salts (also known as electrolytes) can result in fatigue. Electro Lytes is in liquid form and is used to replace the four main body salts that can be lost through exercise, sweating or due to hot weather. It is easy to use, just add to the daily feed or to the horse's water. For horses in very hard work or in extremely hot weather, it is recommended to feed the more concentrated Electro Salter (powder). It is important to keep in mind that the horse has a large amount of water available when any form of electrolytes is given.
