Egg bites prevent the horse from being pinched in the lips/mouth by the bite rings and provide a more stable feeling against the horse. Egg bite keeps the bit still in the horse's mouth.
The molded mouthpiece is uniquely shaped with its flatter center part.
The bit is angled at 45 degrees to offer exceptionally soft and evenly distributed pressure over and around the tongue. Especially good for horses that don't like metal bits or when you've tried all kinds of bits without finding the right one. Inside the bit is a flexible stainless steel wire that has been injection molded with a non-toxic, UV-resistant, FDA-approved flexible synthetic material. Bomber's molded material has been uniquely developed to ensure three key characteristics; consistency, durability and comfort. Particularly good for the horse that resists metal or when you have tried all kinds of bits without luck.
It is designed to provide an acceptable tongue pressure with minimal pressure on the lances.
Recommended for horses with sensitive mouths or where there is damage to the lances.
Like all Bombers steel components, the wire inside the bit and side parts are covered by a lifetime warranty. This mouthpiece is not suitable for horses that bite on the bit. The bit is therefore not covered by warranty or right of complaint if the damage is caused by the horse biting the bit.
Bombers bits are made in South Africa and are completely handmade, giving you the unique opportunity to choose how every little detail of the bit is designed. You can choose the type of mouthpiece you want, the type of rings / shackles, how thick the bite should be and if you want different lengths on the right and left sides of the mouthpieces. The mouthpieces are made of sweet iron and brass and are shaped to distribute the pressure over a larger surface, rings/handles are made of stainless steel.
