Popular bite Beris Comfort Thin as a 3-ring bite. Recommended for horses who do not like metal bites.
Characteristics
The bites in Beris Comfort series are anatomically shaped and a little narrower over the tongue to give a more evenly distributed pressure between tongue and lanes when holding the reins. The shape also means that the bites are very still in the horse's mouth.
This type of multi-ring bite introduces mild leverage and pressure in the neck. The bite gives a more flexible feeling than e.g. a pelhambett. With the rein attached to the large ring, the bite works like a regular baucher bite / bridle bite, ie no lever. For leverage, the rein should be attached to the bottom ring. Can also be ridden with double reins or a delta.
